   This mod is pretty cool. I’d like to mod my G3 iMac with a MacMini. But I have the problem to fit a 15 inch TFT in the case. How did you done it? Could you give me hint? Are there pics online?CheersKC

   no, I’ve just been modding game systems for a while now:region mods, s-video mods, console to JAMMA mods (to play in an arcade cab), superguns (to play arcade boards on a TV), etc, etc.

   Could you please post the modelnumber of the iMac you used?And is this a normal 15″ TFT?

   The bottom of the iMac says:Family # M4984825-4382-AThe monitor is a normal computer monitor (15″).if you are looking to make one of these, I used the tray disk loading iMac, not the slot loading iMac, as for the monitor, just don’t get a widescreen monitor.if you are going to use a regular TFT display, then the best video quality you could hope for is s-video – the point of this mod was for the higher quality VGA.
