I’m so sad about mine, I have this same computer, but on Saturday I have to take it to the apple store because when I try to insert a disc into it. It doesn’t even fit! I hope they don’t give me a refurbished one! I’m gonna demand a new if they try to give me a refurbished one! I hope they will give me a brand NEW one! Or if they fix my iMac they better not scruff it all up! For some reason all my stuff I get, ARE ALWAYS FAULTY! Grrr!
Sorry about your iMac. I got this same iMac for Christmas & my screen had a Yellowish tinge on bottom & 5 days later, the screen started to Flicker. A lot of defects on these new Late 2009 iMacs. On Apple Discussions, there are literally 100′s of posts of people getting up to 5 defective machines in a row. I’m waiting for mine to replacement. Will be here on Tuesday. Apple will swap yours out. No worries. But check your screen on your new one.
Personally, i think mac is alot better than windows…but windows has things that mac doesnt, and mac obviously has things that windows doesnt. If you are an office person go with a pc. if you are a photo, movie, music, ect. definitely get a mac
