You know you are the ONLY one that solved my problem of that “drive not showing up ” thing, no one else showed it in their videos when swapping hard drives, and i thank you sir!!! you evenï»¿ mentioned the jumpers although it would have been better if you showed what settings the jumpers were at and mentioned that different drives come with different set number of pins to place a jumper one, etc, etc. but GREAT JOB!! I THANK YOU!!!

very great tutorial i did that too , but is there any way to remove the 2 gig of ram blockade on the early 2006 model? like is this a motherboard problem or more like a firmwareï»¿ problem , because the mac is not able to adress more than 2 gig of ram and if you inserted more, it will not boot up. i looked on the apple homepage and it said that is simply “not makeable” … please help, thanks and i subscribed

I have a 24 inch imac like your imac and have a 1tb hard drive and 4 gtb memorys. Can I upgrade my HD to 2tb HD internal? Is there any hd size different (not the Capacity size, but the hardware itself ) then regular internal hard drive?I will be doing a lot ofï»¿ graphic design and video editing on this machine.
