Safari 4 is the problem….or maybe Slow Leopard ohh sorry Snow Leopard
Im really thinking that this is weird because the macbook and Mbook Pro dont report that problem =S
take it to the apple store
i got the latest update yesterday and it seems that all the issues with flash have been taking care of. i even ran 2 HD flash videos at a time and had no issues. my imac 27″ is running like a porshe. i hope stays that way
i did experience same problem on my new 27″ i mac. i read somewhere to put it on a sleep mode for a minute. it did work. then i started opening more apps and after a while the problem came back again. hoping for an update in couple of days or this new imac is going back
There is an easy fix for the flash issue or youtube issue as its known. Reinstall the os with the discs that came with your mac. People have diagnosed it down to a corrupt osx factory install. I am running the latest os and latest flash and have no issues on my mac. I have a 27 inch imac on order so hopefully mine will be out of the dodgy batch.
Yes, it is a software issue relating to Adobe Flash player. Apple is working on a fix; with iMovie, however, I’m not sure what may be causing the application to run slowly; perhaps the most recent update to Snow Leopard will fix that, as there is some release notes relating to improving overall stability of iLife, iWork and something else.
inform. I was learn deafmac org they will explain about Screen Flashes. then let you read on website.
I’ve seen this happening to a 27″ one. Can you tell the temperature of the CPU? I’ve seen the flash player consumes over 100% of the cpu usage (activity monitor).
LOL…. hey I’m here with ya.I have the same sluggish problem with my 21″ new Imac
The sooner it comes the better. I’ve heard pairing your computer with a different mouse has cured the issue temporarily for some ppl. Perhaps it’s a mouse drivers problem (though that seems silly).
