At 5:35 you can see banding in the lcd panel to left of the apple logo. I would call applecare. I have the same Imac as you. Im on my 3rd lcd panel, they are known to be plagued with problems ( the panels that is). Also had the optical drive replaced due to failure. Thank god for applecare!!
