your mac can do both. gui is short for graphical user interface, cli is short for command line interface. thus you ask which of both your mac is, i recommend you pick the gui version
CannibalGorilla is right, you can use both interfaces. GUI is more user friendly, and pretty much going to be the standard way of controlling any program nowadays…CLI is like typing in DOS prompts on an old PC…
What about audio? Does it keep the 5.1 surround encoding?
