Depends on what you want/need to do. The music opens the mind, teaches, promotes cleansing, postures etc. The order is indicated in the video. Postures are discovered but i make a video to show some of what i have learned so far. The time is when you can give your attention to a quality session. The position comes for what ever you decide to do I.e. meditation, cleansing, drawing, spontaneous movement etc. In all cases be in the position that works best for you; sit, stand, lay down etc.

Sometimes laying down doesn’t help for meditation or lymphatic cleansing & may only lead to sleep. For healing or physical development you may wish to stand up or sit in a chair & do deep breathing like ocean waves while at the same time open palms, chest out, expand your fingers pointing out to the left & right shoulder height. Also try at night closing your eyes while facing 1 soft desk lamp or candle -it can be more peaceful & help your focus for listening. My art with the music helps too.

this helped me relax. ive been upset because there are stupid guys at my school who dont know how to express themselves so they proceed to hit me or shove me as a way to flirt and it really pissed me off and had my in tears thinking about it awhile ago.

I listened to part one and 2 of these and now i feel much better. I realize that these guys are immature asses. And tommorow, Ill lay it straight with them by TALKING and speaking my mind instead of stooping to their level and hitting back.
