you say in this video at about 3:37 that the macbooks have scratch proof glass. i have managed to scratch my unibody macbook pros screen. where did you read that it had a scratch proof coating, because i can use that information to get it repair from apple. also is there a product that will remove the scratch. thanks.

well i don’t own one but doesn’t it come with a micro-fiber cloth? if not u should go out and find one those do wonders. also, a certain type of alcohol is perfect for getting fingerprints and other sorts of grime off ur screen. u could probably find both at best buy or fry’s electronics.
whats the difference between the 15 inch and the 17? which is better?
The 17″ model has a larger (naturally) display, which is also higher resolution. The 15″ model is 1440 x 900 and the 17″ is 1920 x 1200. The 17″ is also made more for professionals that demand the most from their machine, and comes with an Express Card slot for extra expandability.
Obviously the 17 is better but for most people 15 will meet their needs.
