cheap, er somewhat cheap laptop??? far from cheap. i bought a new macbook as a replacement to my compaq laptop. i hummed and hawed the purchase for months. I’m happy with it, though, its a bloody expensive piece of technology.
Does it run games well ??

Actually I got the one with the backlit keyboard, the next model up.
The old macbook base model doesnt have a light up keyboard, assuming that is the one you bought : /

There’s a key on the top, F5 and F6 that light up your keyboard, if you haven’t tried that yet. You can even lighten up your screen.
i got a macbook, i think 15 inch, in… january/february i believe. my friend got a mac before me in the fall, and hers is a bit smaller than mine. her keyboard lights up, but mine does not. my other friend also got a macbook pro a few weeks ago, and her keyboard also lights up. do you have any clue why my keyboard doesn’t light up? thanks, and nice review!
