   well, now i know that the first one is where the power goes into, the second one is where the ethernet goes into, the third is the firewire port, the next two are the dvi port and the minidisplay port, and the rest are usb’s. may i ask, why are there two adapter ports for displays?

   the extra display port is for an extra display. you should search videos of people who have a multi-monitor setup. it would explain it a lot better than me lol
