i upped my mini to 4gb of ram and 500gb hardrive
leopard is 64bit OS and doesnt have any compatibility issues, cuz they have a very good wrapper, for 32bit applications, now they are migrating to full 64bit, for most appz, prolly the full migration will need time, but thats the goal of apple with snow leo. aniway new mac mini is a pretty nice machine, maximum ram is 4gb ddr3 1066, not bad at all
Mac Pro goes to 32 GB of RAM lol
I know! That’s insane!!
my uncle has 16 GB on his Mac Pro. The Mac Pro I have has 8 GB RAM lol
great for playing my favorite game… Sims 3 lol
64 bit OS’s have a different architecture and support 64 bit processers, and can use a lot more ram (more than the 4gb limit for 32 bit.) But since it’s new it is a lot less compatible with a lot of programs.
super mario sunshine lol
what is with the mario theam in the background?
Well his name is “yoshi on the go.”
Mine has 2.5GB RAM, and it can take up to 4GB, but it will only recognize about 3.3GB, but if you use the same amount of RAM, it enables Dual-Channeling, which should provide with some good speed improvements.
