WHAAA???? :O. Wait, you moved from Macintosh to Microsoft. Normal people go from Microsoft to Macintosh. I read your previous comments about how you felt no control or power w/your mac and that you had bad customer support with apple. I never heard of bad Apple customer support, not with Apple Care plan. and You can have power and control over your mac. If you don’t know how, you ask Apple Care. Good luck with Microsoft and their support team =/.

I never had any problem with the Apple care plan. They have the best customer service I’ve seen in computer manufacturers. I sent my MacBook in for repair three times while I had it and they paid for everything including next day shipping. The problem I have with Apple is that they have a very closed platform in my opinion, Just imagine if everyone switched to Mac. They would be the only personal computer manufacturer. This would mean they wouldn’t need to innovate or care about their customers.
